Moyasar Financial Company may process your personal in accordance with the provisions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). You understand and agree to the following:

2. Processing Purposes: You are aware that the purposes for which your personal data will be processed are clear, specific, and have been explained and clarified to me before or at the time of requesting consent.

3. Legal Capacity: You confirm that you have full legal capacity to provide consent for the processing of your personal data.

4. Documentation of Consent: You understand that your consent will be documented by Moyasar through means allowing future verification. This may include keeping registers recording your consent for processing operations, specifying the time and means of consent.

5. Separate Consent for Each Purpose: You acknowledge that a separate consent will be obtained for each processing purpose, ensuring clarity and specificity in the processing of your personal data.

Process Purpose

Personal data processing is used to support the KYC/KYB process required by regulation during on-boarding for merchants to accept payments within Saudi Arabia. Personal data are used to ensure business or indivisual is eligible for the service and for sanction screening.

Explicit Consent

You understand that your explicit consent will be obtained in the following cases:

• Sensitive Data Processing: When the processing involves sensitive data.

• Credit Data Processing: When the processing involves credit data.

• Automated Decision Making: When decisions are made solely based on automated processing of personal data.

You have been informed of my rights as a data subject under the PDPL, including the right to access, correct, and delete my personal data, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time.
